  • How long does delivery take?
    We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
  • What happens if I need to cancel an order?
    Please see cancellation rights under our cancellation policy.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Can I collect orders from the salon?
    Yes of course! You can either purchase in the salon or order prior online and select click and collect service to pick up from the salon.
  • What do I do if I’ve not received my order?
    Please contact us directly and we can look into this for you.
  • Can I amend my order once its been placed?
    Unfortunately no, Orders will need to be cancelled and reordered.
  • I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
    For our faulty goods policy, please email contact@ellishair.co.uk stating the subject as ‘Faulty goods’.
  • Will I be charged custom and import duties?
    Any customers outside the UK may be liable for import tax. This would be at the discretion of the countries custom policies and is charged accordingly.
  • Do I have to pay to return?
    unfortunately, we do not have a free returns policy. All returns are payable by the customer. Please see return address.
  • How much are your hairdressing/ extension services?
    Please contact us directly and we will send over price lists for all services.
  • What are the salon opening times?
    The salon is open Tuesday- Saturday, 9am-5pm (out of hour appointments are available upon request).
  • How do I correctly look after my extensions?
    Upon attending a consultation, you will be emailed a care and maintenance guide with all the tips and tricks to maintain both your natural hair and extensions.
  • What lengths do you offer in hair extensions?
    Our lengths range from 12”-30”.
  • Which professional method is best for me?
    For professional extensions, we recommend a consultation with our professional stylist. Please contact us to arrange.
  • Do I need any prior qualifications to attend the course?
    Although experience in hairdressing is helpful, this is not necessary. Our courses have been created to train beginners therefore no qualifications are needed to attend our courses.
  • Is there a time limit for me to complete my course?
    Everyone works at a difference pace and has their own commitments. With our support, you have the ability to submit your course when you feel confident and ready to do so. Therefore we offer 12 months to complete your course.
  • What is included?
    For each method you purchase, we supply absolutely everything that is needed, including all the tools for each method. You will also receive a training manual with all the relevant information.
  • Are the courses accredited?
    es! All of our courses, both online and face to face are fully insurance accredited. Because of this, once you have completed your course, you will be able to obtain your own liability insurance which will enable you to offer your own services.
  • What is the minimum age to complete our courses?
    The minimum age to take our courses is 16.
  • What options do I have to pay for the course?
    You are able to pay using all major debit and credit cards. If you are wishing to pay cash for your course, you will be required to attend the salon prior to pay in full to confirm your booking. Alongside this, we also offer finance giving you the option to split the payment from 2-12 months (interest payable).
