THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USER AGREEMENT: Agreement enables you to use our website. These Terms also govern your use or purchase of the products/services provided through our website. Each time you use our services, you are acknowledging that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Www.ellishair.co.uk is owned and operated by Ellis Hair and is made available through the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions below apply to all customers that use, and purchase products through this website. Not agreeing to be bound by these Terms will result in you being unable to use any part of this website. Ellis Hair shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website

Data Protection

Any personal information that is given by yourselves is regulated by our privacy policy. Ellis Hair’s use of any personal information given by you when you use this website is governed by our privacy policy. See alternative document.

Placing Orders

When you place an order with us you will then be given the opportunity to check your order, if any errors are made please correct these at the checkout before continuing with payment. We will send you an order acknowledgement, this will show the products you have ordered. Acceptance of an order takes place when payment is sent to us.

Course Cancellations & Date Amendments

All training courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. This could be due to issues with external venues, as this issue would be beyond our control. We will seek to arrange an alternative venue, if unsuccessful, a credit note will be issued for an alternate course throughout the year. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Delivery

Please allow 2 working days once you have placed your order for us to ship. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the full address has been entered correctly as we cannot amend any orders once they have been processed.

Refunds

Cancellation rights: In accordance with the consumer contracts regulations 2013, you are able to cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery. Refunds: Please allow 14 works in days from the date your order is retuned for your refund to be processed. Any items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. We do not offer a free returns label and the initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods when they have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. The items must be delivered in the original packaging, any items that are seen to have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.Please email contact@ellishair to behind the return process or for any queries.

Booking Fee

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, to be paid to secure the appointment. The cost of this will depend on the service being booked. The booking fee is deducted from the final cost of the service.

Rescheduling appointments

All appointment changes require a minimum of 7 days notice and the rescheduled appointment is to be made within 4 weeks. An appointment can only be transferred once before a new booking fee is required.

Cancellation and no show

Any appointment cancelled within a 72 hour period with result In forfeiture of the booking fee. Any appointment cancelled on the day of the appointment or no show will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. This must be paid before any future appointments can be made

Late Fee

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as this can effect clients late on in the day. If you are more than 10 minutes late a £10 fee will be charged. Anything over 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the total cost of the service will be payable before any future appointments can be made. Please ensure you attend all appointents (consultations, fittings and maintenance) with clean, dry, straight hair. Failure to do this will result in the appointment having to be reschedualed.
